Who you are dealing with
PatchRail is a product operated by Pablo Guillén, sole proprietor, based in Maastricht, the Netherlands. If that matters to your procurement team, email hello@getpatchrail.com before requesting a service and we will share full registration details.
The services
Everything on /pricing is a fixed-scope, single-invoice engagement: Mini Diagnostic ($500), Validation Sprint ($750), Opportunity Shortlist ($1,500), Bounty Design Audit ($2,500). Scope is confirmed by email before any invoice is issued. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Repeat work
There are no annual seats and no retainers on this page. If you want the same deliverable on a schedule, we agree to that in writing, per engagement.
Refunds
If we do not deliver the agreed deliverable, you do not pay. If you cancel before we start, you owe nothing. If the deliverable misses the agreed scope, tell us and we will fix it or refund the invoice.
Liability
We do not guarantee that any specific bounty issue we surface is real, payable, or solvable. The radar is a discovery tool. Your DevRel team makes the call. Liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using PatchRail at any time by replying to hello@getpatchrail.com. We delete your data per /privacy.
Governing law
Dutch law, courts of Limburg.
